Fun & Easy Crafts!
These are easy to assemble and so much fun! You and your students will enjoy celebrating 14 quirky national holidays.

Ice Cream Day is September 22nd.
I recommend printing the patterns on colored cardstock. Then, have students cut out the pieces and assemble these adorable crafts!

Peanut Butter & Jelly Day is April 2nd.
There are informational pages for each holiday and fun poems, too!
I love the idea of using the poems as a shared reading with your students.
This group of kindergarteners created Johnny Appleseed and had fun writing all about him. Attach the writing and have a wonderful bulletin board display.
As you can see, not all of the national holidays are silly! Have your students assemble the earth for Earth Day on April 22nd!
Taco day is one of my favorites and is celebrated on October 4th! Yum! And of course, you have to celebrate Cotton Candy Day and Popcorn Day, too!
