A few months ago, I posted about a sentence building activity that makes a wonderful literacy center. With the changing times, I teamed up with Deedee Wills to convert the activity into a digital format. You can check out the previous blog post showing the printable version here:

First, let me start by saying that Seesaw is a wonderful platform to make your digital learning SO EASY! If you haven’t jumped on the bandwagon yet, I encourage you to do so. Especially if you will be starting the school year with remote learning.
Digital Sentence Building
Our digital sentence building bundle comes with 6 sets. Each set includes 4 topics of sentence building fun! From farm animals and fairy tales to oceans and superheroes, students will enjoy building and reading sentences.
Students create multiple sentences using the provided who, what, and where cards. There is also a recording option for students to read the sentence.
After building sentences, students draw a picture of their favorite sentence. They can then take a picture and upload it to Seesaw. There is also a place for students to write the sentence.
What’s also amazing is that this activity is virtually no-prep for you! We’ve already loaded the activities into Seesaw. All that is left to do is click on a link and save the activity in your Seesaw library.
